Since we first launched our Android Open Beta, we’ve been consistently adding new features and improvements to Motiv Ring and the Motiv App for our Android OS users. Earlier this month, we added Last Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate Detail, and a new tab bar to our Android app to give our users new ways to understand their data and new ways of interacting with it.
We are very excited to announce today that our Android Open Beta users will be seeing new features within their Motiv Apps. Here’s a look at some of the new features:
New Daily Feed
You’ll notice that when you update the Motiv App, you will see a redesigned Daily Feed. We’ve added a graph that displays your progress towards your daily goal, as well as a more prominent display of your sleep data and Last Heart Rate.
Activity Detail Cards:
You’ll now be able to tap on Activity Cards in your Daily Feed to see detailed step and heart rate data for your activity. For minute-level data, press and hold on the Activity Detail card. These cards automatically appear in your Daily Feed when you’ve earned 10 or more Active Minutes.
If you’d like to learn more about the Activity Detail Cards, or how Motiv Ring tracks your activity, you can read more at our support article here.
Sleep Detail Cards:
You can also now tap on Sleep Cards in your Daily Feed to see your last night’s sleep. The white bar means you were sleeping. Gaps in your sleep are when you were awake.
If you want to learn more about how Motiv Ring tracks your sleep or about the importance of sleep on your overall health, we have more information in our support article here.
We’re going to keep the upgrades coming! If you have an idea for a new feature, please share your wishlist with us – we love to hear from you!
