Step 2: Your Motiv Sizing Set arrives via USPS Priority Mail just before we ship your ring. Try on the sizing rings for as long as you need.
Step 3: Return to mymotiv.com/go, enter the code on your Sizing Set, and choose your size and color. Your Motiv Ring arrives via free USPS Priority Mail as fast as 2 days later.

The Motiv app is currently available for iOS only. The good news is we are working now on our Android app and will release Motiv on Android within the first half of 2018. If you would like to get updates and announcements on our Android release, you can sign up for the Android mailing list. The Motiv Ring will work on both platforms, it is not necessary to buy an Android-specific Motiv Ring.
Occasionally a USPS carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.
Keep in mind that carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, around your garage or behind bushes. If possible, check with neighbors or the USPS carrier to ask them about your order. You can also call your local USPS post office and ask about a package addressed to you. We will send you a Motiv Ring Sizing Set before we ship your Motiv Ring to help you find your Motiv Size. The ring sizing set is shipped with a redemption code that is basically a gift card. When you find the size that fits you just enter the redemption code, select the size and color, and we'll priority ship you the ring right away with no additional payment needed. This way we ensure you get the best possible fit. Orders typically ship within one business day and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes as little as 2 business days to arrive. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

When you purchase a Motiv Ring, you will receive your Motiv Ring Sizing Set first. Getting the right fit is important for both comfort and performance. Watch this video to learn more about finding the right fit. After you find your size, choose your ring through the Motiv app or at mymotiv.com/go. Your ring will ship within 1 business day.
Your sizing set and Motiv Ring are both shipped free via USPS Priority mail, which typically takes as little as 2 days to arrive.
Once you place your order at mymotiv.com you will receive an email confirming your order and you'll receive another email with tracking information once your order ships. Use the tracking link provided to track your package online.
Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you don't receive your package by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered.
To send a Motiv Ring to someone as a gift, just select the gift option during checkout. You can also add a personalized message to the recipient. Or, if you would like to keep it a surprise, leave the gift email address blank and we won't notify your recipient.
When you add a giftee's email to your gift order, you can send them a short message that will be included in the emails they will get about the order. If you do not wish to notify your recipient about the gift, leave the giftee email field blank.
As a gifter, you will receive emails confirming your payment and your gift shipment so you can track the progress of your gift.
Once your order ships, we can't cancel your order. However if you would like to return it for an exchange or refund, please reach out to email@example.com and we'll get back to you typically within 1 day. If you don't hear back right away, we may be experiencing high volume of orders, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your package just shipped, tracking information may not be available. It could take up to a day for your shipment to enter the USPS system. Check your tracking link again in 24 hours.

Once you do, please log in or Create an Account if you don’t have one already (You may need to create a password and click on a verification link in your email)
Your sizing set has a unique Motiv Redemption Code.
Visit us in the Motiv app or at mymotiv.com/go, enter the code on your Sizing Set, and choose your size and color. Your Motiv Ring will arrive two days later.
We currently accept all major credit cards, and your card is charged at the time of your order. Your Motiv Ring Sizing Set carries a code with the full value of your ring when you purchase from mymotiv.com, so you will not need to enter payment when you come back to choose your ring.
We do not store your credit card information. We have partnered with a service provider that has been authorized to process credit card payments. Your credit card details are sent directly to this partner and never passes through our servers.

You’re able to purchase additional Motiv Rings when you’re choosing your ring. Just click the + button under your selected single ring while you’re checking out at mymotiv.com/go. We recommend you only add rings if you know the size you want for yourself or the person you are buying for.
If you are missing an item from your package, please check the packing list to verify that all the items in your order were in the same shipment. We occasionally split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you). If you need help, you can contact our support team.
We chose to focus on the US market at launch to ensure we deliver the best possible consumer experience. Our plan is to add distribution partners over time to help us provide the same level of service in other markets as we do in the US.
