What you will bring

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Software QA Engineer will be responsible for building and executing test plans, growing test coverage, and communicating test progress and issues.

  • Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs.
  • Implement and conduct cost-effective comprehensive regression and product tests to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Work with senior engineers to establish and document product test plans.
  • Be independent in work and a great teammate in problem solving.
  • Participate in group meetings and reviews daily.

Where you have been

  • 3+ years experience testing of native mobile applications.
  • Experience with black box testing of native applications on mobile platforms (iOS and Android) both through the use of physical devices and simulators/emulators.
  • Experience with Jira Bug tracker system.
  • Experience with TestRail test-case management system.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

You may also have

  • Experience with firmware or embedded devices
  • Knowledge of sensors and wireless communication, especially Bluetooth
